  1. So many special moments come to mind when I read your blog. Like the A-holes turning bottle conditioned beer upside down to watch the yeast fall, and the nearly every day know-it-all telling their friend all about beer, of which not one word is fact. And then that can be combined with egomania, so they will be a loud talker. One that wants me to hear how smart they are. LMAO.

And no, there is no public garbage behind the cash counter. I do not want to throw away the trash that’s been steeping in your pocket. Control freak.

    1. Swirling and turning bottle-conditioned beers: Most likely inexperience. I can forgive inexperience. Also, I have been known to turn a few bottle-conditioned Belgians up to the light, showing off the yeastiness when discussing & educating.

Know-it-alls spewing falsities: Some I will speak up and correct. Especially if they are misquoting me. You are right that most of those guys are loud-talkers…and if they’re talking loud, they clearly want me to hear, which means I’m invited to pipe in, IMO. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Some interactions with, and observations of, shoppers are just so bizarre that they need to be chronicled. However, after re-reading this one, and the previous, I’m thinking I may have out-done myself this week. Thus, I hereby pledge: There will be upcoming blogs about positive customer experiences โ€” there are many to relay, but they may not be as “entertaining.” ๐Ÿ˜€
