  1. Tiffany, I understand your frustrations. I was a customer of 99 Bottles until I moved to Seattle. I find it amazing that people even voted for 1183. If Costco wanted this to pass (and they bought and paid for it), why are people surprised that it favors them? I always urge people to look at who sponsors an initiative and vote accordingly. Personally, I vote no on all initiatives. They are self serving and most of them don’t deserve to be laws. I will email the Representatives you mention to support the new bill. Good luck. I do miss 99 Bottles. I will stop by when I’m in the neighborhood.
